Watch out for this guy !! Johnson had done previous jobs for us and performed as expected. Wh hired him to replace the vents in our forced air heating/AC system. His performance was spotty. The job was dragged out, at times he did not come when he said he would. When it was completed, and he was paid, we found one vent that was blocked somehow. Fixing it would be about a 15 minute job. He promised to come in a couple of days and did not show up. We were patient, as he had always done a good job for us. He never showed, and does not answer our calls, nor calls back. It has been about 4 months, and no response.
If you use Johnson, DO NOT PAY him until EVERYTHING is satisfactory. Once paid, he is like most re-model contractors. I'm also filing a complaint with the Contractor's license board.
