Campbell, Paul D
Owner
I do not recommend Paul Campbell. He was hired as our general contractor when we built our home and pole barn in 2015. As such, Paul was responsible for oversight of the excavating company that removed trees and graded the land for our pole barn as well as the house. Paul allowed the contractor to bury tree stumps in the location where they had just cleared the land for the pole barn to be built. Stumps were buried from 5 ft deep to about 22ft deep. Paul then continued work on the house while he watched the pole barn get built on top of these buried tree stumps. The pole barn company didn’t notice because the stumps were buried so deep. Years later the barn started to collapse into the cavern that was forming as the tree stumps rotted away. Paul Campbell never said a word and when contacted after this was discovered, he indicated he would not do anything to rectify the issue. I do not know if this shoddy work was intentional or just incompetence. We ended up paying about 3x the original pole barn cost to fix this.
