New build. When calling in first service call on tankless hot water heater the service rep "Ben", yells at the customer (me). Then is unable to fully take in trouble call. Ask to speak to supervisor and he is the owner. Worst customer service I have had. Tech that came out Joey, was great. I believe the actual owners are Bobby and Billy. However, Ben needs some stress management or customer service training. How they have him managing the emergency trouble lines is concerning. Nepotism maybe.
