My wife and I are first-time home buyers and Canaan Homes was recommended to us by our realtor.
This company is awesome. They worked with us from quote to completion! They know what they are doing and are genuinely nice guys. They really went out of their ways and did extra to make sure the job was done correctly.
Their end-product was fantastic, but I think my biggest compliment for them is that they were concerned about getting things right. and they were excellent at listening to us and ultimately making sure things were done correctly - and several times during walkthroughs they spotted something without us having to bring it up and made sure it was fixed.
