I have to agree with Nick. Nancy does everything she can to save a dollar. Whether she hires cheap labor or uses poor materials the homeowner is the one that ends up paying (and paying) in the end. She does not follow up and thinks (and isn't afraid to say it out loud) that she is the best builder out there. I tend to disagree, she does not have a sense of style nor does she do what she says she is going to do. We paid extra to have certain things done and ended up having to buy the materials out of pocket because she forgot and was out of town. I'm sorry to say it that what should have been fun and exciting turned out to be one of the most stressful years I've had. Nope, I do not recommend Nancy, ZERO stars. Well said Nick.

As a contractor, I would never buy a home from Nancy. Poor quality and cost of material to keep the costs down. After project is complete she tries to low-ball every contractor; electrician, plumber, etc. says she won't pay thousands of dollars for the work that was already agreed upon. Homeowners be warned as well, warranties not covered as we are told to not show up for appointments to fix problems. Her primary job is not in home building, its in healthcare; which makes sense in how her homes are built and how she conducts business, unprofessional.
