Stopped my husband while getting ready to go to work. Told him they were working with PG&E to see if there was a sticker on our HVAC system? Was suppose to come today at 930am appointment and never showed. Husband was given a cheap business card with Elliot Canes number on the front and another on the back that was handwritten 650-695-2621. When calling the number on the back there was no recording and just a beep. Got a return call from a number and was told it was a marketing number. Was told by a male on another end that we missed our appointment. Funny how when two people are home that an appointment can be missed! More like no show on their part. The man also said my husband signed up for the appointment. No signature was given by my husband for any appointment. Per my husband the two men had badges as confirmation of who they were. EXTREMELY POOR REPRESENTATION OF WHO THEY WERE AND WHAT THEY WERE SELLING. Luckily no service was provided from them and both numbers were contacted to never come back to our home.

They lied to my wife about what service they were going to perform. They installed an electronic device on our unit we did not ask for, and which they did not tell us they were installing. After they worked on our ac unit it now does not work.

This Company stands behind their work. They performed a maintenance over 6 months prior and I called to complain that the unit failed. Elliot Cane personally came to my home to replace the motor. For the sake of being brief; its was his opinion against mine over who was a fault. He did not question me or refuse my request. He made the repair at no cost and even offered to pay my home warranty fee for the service call I had placed earlier (The home warranty work actually voids the warranty for the work Cane provided prior). This is an honorable Man and the unit works flawlessly.
