You have to watch this guy every step of the way, his subcontractors will do only what they can get by with, not thorough at all, and as for Dan, I don't believe he checked his subs work anytime throughout the job. Dan is constantly asking for $$ ahead of the job being completed, asking for a written bid is like going to the dentist's office with him, you can't get any type of formal written bid breaking down what the costs of the job are going to be. Definitely shame on me for listening to a friends' recommendation on this guy, I wouldn't hire him again.

Danny is incredibly talented and really specializes in creating an outdoor living environment. This is not your typical landscaper...everything he does is premium and therefore the price point reflects that. We feel it is money well spent. Danny brought in beautiful mature tree's, build a wonderful outdoor fireplace, and a incredible pool with waterfall feature. We love the finished product! The one comment is that he is a bit old school in terms of invoicing, etc. It takes a little extra work to follow along on billable, but I'll take that tradeoff!
