We highly recommend Cannon Home Services. Once the permits were issued, the project proceeded quickly and without any issues. Mike’s pricing was very competitive, he kept the project ahead of schedule, was on-site when major work was performed and on-site for all building inspections (always passed on first inspection). Each week, Mike outlined the planned activities and timely updates as the schedule changed due to weather or sub-contractors. Mike ensured the job site was kept neat and orderly, materials were delivered as needed and was diligent in minimizing impact to homeowner and neighbors. Overall, the project was completed ahead of schedule on budget. At the completion, Mike provided a complete packet of: warranties; manuals; releases for material and sub-contractors; sealed prints; and sealed permits. We have received numerous compliments on the architectural design and completed structure.
