We bought a whole house generator. Some technicians came and dug an 18-inch trench across our back yard for the electric cable from the garage to the generator. It started raining, the trench filled up, and they left. No one returned for 6 weeks in spite of my many phone calls. There were other glitches in the installation. It was done poorly. I later discovered that Cantor didn't put in any grounding wires. It had to be remedied. We were supposed to have a free yearly maintenance. It is now 2 months overdue and I finally got them to schedule it. Then Hurricane Ian came and they sent all their technicians to Florida and didn't bother to call me to cancel. Now they say I have to wait until the technicians return from Florida before I can get the annual maintenance on my generator. They just want you to sign a contract. After you give them your money, the customer service disappears.
