Charlie is a real scam artist. He built a pool bar that leaks and cannot and will not correct his work. We have hired another pool contractor to finish and fix his work. This guy will take your money, ask for more and then find a reason he can't finish. Blaming other trades or he will make it personal. Save your time and money and stay away from Charlie Flanigen and Cantera Outdoors.
