I do not believe this man is highly rated at all.
His work is of inferior quality and material. He lies and says he guarantees his work but he does not. He will refer you to his attorney who also lies. His work at my home was so poor that I reported him to the City Attorney, the City Inspector, and the MS Board of Contractors. By the way, he failed to apply for permits when remodeling my kitchen (where electrical, plumbing, and remodeling was done. What type of contractor does that.
He lies and says he has a commercial license but he does not.
Before meeting him, ask ANY electrician, plumber, contractor, and/or realtor in the Greenville, MS area and they will all tell you to stay away from this man.
