Qualifying Party
Signed an intent to have roof recoating/painting. Taylor said it would be about three weeks, then 6 weeks and we are still waiting. I called and left a voice message and my husband left two emails, all of which were ignored. When we finally got hold of Taylor, she verbally abused us and stated she had gotten back to us, which is a lie as I still have the phone number and voice mail recording.
Taylor was very rude, combative, and argumentative.
No one should do business with a company that is so unprofessional. There are too many other roofers out there than to put up with such the likes of Taylor at Canyon Roofing.
