Jim came to my home a couple times to discuss project and costs. When it came time to schedule the work to be done, he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. The last phone call, I asked him for final numbers, he told me he had been "busy." I never heard from him again. He would not answer my emails. Very disappointing. Very bad business. Would never recommend this company. I'm shocked and perplexed.
