Emailed company to find out if they are licensed and insured; owner responded that they are. Let him know what type of work we need done. He then asked for our address, explained that because of heavy traffic the are now limiting their service area, and said he looked forward to meeting me. I gave him our address, which is less than five miles from them. Didn't get a response. After several days, I forwarded the email chain including our address with the subject line "Follow up". Now a week later and never got a response. Not very professional. If the guy isn't interested, he should simply say that instead of just blowing me off. Rude and unprofessional.
