This contractor is the owner of a house we rented at 110 13th Street, Key Colony Beach, FL There were problems with the house that weren't disclosed to us, such as poor lighting in the kitchen and no room at the dock for our boat. Then they kept our $500 deposit stating that we ruined the finish on the pool. The owner suggested that we were "playing with a rock in the pool". Simply riduculous because the only thing in the pool was my raft. SergiKornienko was incredibly unprofessional to deal with. I would never do any type of business with him or this company again. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but I had to put something.
