I signed a contract with Capeway Aluminum in January 2018 with the understanding the 3-season porch would be completed by the summer. The project was not started un May 2019. I was guaranteed that the porch would be completed by 04 July, and it was not. Finally by September 2019 it was completed; but the roof kept leaking. I sent 4 emails and a phone call and finally someone come out. the owner danced around the emails I sent; the roofer, his one and only job, did not put flashing and that is why the roof leaked. I would NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND CAPEWAY ALUMINUM VINYL INC to anyone.
