I was supposed to have a new bathroom in 2 weeks--it has now been almost 6 weeks and it is still not finished. The contractor has repeatedly missed appointments with us. It looks like I may have to hire someone else to finish what his company started since he doesn't seem to care about all the things that need to be "fixed", including a collapsed ceiling below the bathroom caused by his crew. I am really sad that things have turned out this way. It seems I have been too trusting. He looked me in the eye and swore things would be made right, but nothing has been done to correct things. Beware of this contractor.

Phillip Scgrignoli is a scam artist, and I warn everyone to NEVER use him or Capital City Contractors. We hired him for a job, and gave him a check for the deposit. He seemed upset that the check wasn't drawn on a local bank (retired military, we use USAA). Takes the cgeck, then gives us "measurements" for vanity top so we can pick our own product. We went to Home Depot on our own, and the measurements were all wrong. Tried to contact him for 2 days...no response. We called our bank an d put a stop payment on the check. We informed him of our actions. Only then does he get back to us, stating he already deposited our check, so he was going to finish the job...which he never started. The stop payment was confirmed, so he will be getting no money from us. This guy is a SCAM ARTIST, AND PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING!
