My experience with capital city well drilling was at best stressful. They removed my old pump and motor .It was only 5 years 8 months old and I intended to sell it, they took it. They said they would bring it back, they did not.They charged me for a new control box which they did not change. .I had to called Mike Hack to complain about the box.I did get my money back for the box total $ 255.00 .They charge me for a pitless adaptor .I just looked down the well hole.They did not change it either, So I am still out $78.00 for a pitless that I did not need or receive. All in all, I was not satisfied with Mike Hack's HONESTY. I would call and try to get my money back for the pitless adptor, but I am so stressed over this whole ordeal, that I just have to let it go. Went out yesterday to see if the drilling fluid in my elect. conduit running to the pump house, was ever going to evaporate. After almost 4 weeks it was still full. I took an air hose and had to blow it out.Why did they not cover the open conduit. When I removed the well cap, the wire connections going to the pump house were made with regular wire nuts, they were dripping with condensation.I knew this would be a problem. Had to install the proper connections. They said that they had to replace a section of the pvc drop pipe because the threads on one end were bad. Ok cost me 45.00. I guess they never heard of rethreading pvc pipe,it takes 10 min. with a hand threader. But they took that too, so I will never be able to reuse my own property.There is a pattern here. Be careful and watch every thing they do.
