We sent your quote out on 4/16 and didn't get a response. I then was forwarded your email on May 5th and asked my office to reach out to you because the only email was through the buildzoom system and apparently did not get to you. They didn't receive a response on that follow up. We do send all our customer response/ quotes and sometimes run a little delayed in the current climate of high demand. We would never ignore a client and sorry you feel that way.

I was first impressed by this company after having my intial appointment. But, never received an estimate and sent two (2) correspondences to the company. I didn't receive a reply back until a month later that the person I worked with was no longer with the company. If that was the case, they didn't look at this previous client list after he left and their follow up from my two (2) emails was ignored.
