They installed a 3ton Goodman AC unit about 2 years ago. I recently called several times and it just goes to a generic voice mail not even stating the name of the business. I also never received a call back. I sent several text messages as that is how we always communicated and nothing. Mario said I had a 10 year warranty on my Goodman but when I looked up the AC serial numbers on the Goodman website it shows only 5 year warranty and the outside unit wasn't even registered so I had to register it myself. The reason I only have a 5 year warranty is because Capital Cooling registered my unit after 60 days of install. Standard Goodman warranty is 10 years when registered on time. I think they are just gypsies as there are plenty out there, They do an install and disappear.
