Very unresponsive and unprofessional. This contractor made me feel my time or business was not valued. I believe if I was deemed as someone "important" in the south Florida area, I would have been treated with a lot more respect and dignity. I met with this contractor for an initial plan of action (a potential $2 million+ building contract) -- I thought the meeting went well but then didn't hear back from them for more than 2 weeks after more than 7 attempts to reach out to them over that period of time. They specialize in medical / dental offices and based on their disdain for dealing with "unimportant people", I would not recommend them to work with any doctors I know now or in the future. I have also called around and discovered this behavior is very consistent from a customer experience perspective depending on "who you are" or who referred you to them.
