There needs to be a negative star. After a year my dip system isn’t working. They never came back to replace all the jacked up pavers around my pool. The grout looks like crap. It’s embarrassing having people come over. We paid way too much.
They used crap tubing for the drip system, it busted while we were on vacation. -

I would give them 0 Stars if possible, but for the review I have to give them 1 Star. I had over $50K worth of landscaping done on my property. Front, side and back yards. Told them I didn't want a drainage problem with rain runoff, but guess what. Water runs towards my kennel room and floods it, in the back yard and had to have a gutters installed at the tune of $2500 before they would even address the problem, which they screwed up again and I still have a drainage issue I had approx. 2000 sq. ft of artificial turf installed and none of it was done the way they said it would be done. Was told there would be 6" turf spikes every 2 to 3 inches, WRONG! There might be a 6" spike every 1 to 2 ft. with 3.5" common nails in between space sporadically. Even had a 3' area with no nails at all and the seams look totally horrible. Grass is starting to disintegrate after only 2 years. I have boxers and needed the job done correctly with nailer board put in to make tougher for the dogs to try and dig or pull it up. Guess what a 4 month old puppy pulled it up with his paws playing with a honeysuckle bloom. Not one area, but 4 different areas due to the lack of nails and nailer board. Have had 2 other companies tell me that nailer board should have been used. Had to ask another company after this company lied so many times. Have been trying for 2 years to get them to do warranty work and fix problems, but I have been continually lied to or they just decide not to show up at the promised time or have them just say they won't do what they promised. I tried to be patient and understanding on their schedule, but what did get beside a substandard job, NOTHING but screwed over. My wife has tried to call or text them for the past year with no response from them. I even had one of my show dogs lose an eye because they just decided to show up one day when they had already told me that no one would be over that day, so I had my dogs out and the owner of this company just walked into my back yard unannounced after telling me that no one would be there that day and yes they knew I had dogs and that I let them out around their schedule. I could write a book on how they cheated me and my wife, but I don't have enough time here. If they show up to give you a bid, either run or kindly say no thanks and escort them off of your property.

I was typically beyond tears frustrated working with this company. I “ditto” all the experiences these other reviewers described. Just to write this and think about my experience is giving me PTSD! It’s been over two years and they still have not come back to repair the gutter downspout his crew damaged with their wheel barrels and equipment. Some of the travertine tiles they laid in the backyard have holes that have started disintegrating and will need to be replaced. Some have weeds growing up between them. Steer clear of this company.
