    Build a house

    Very unprofessional and seemingly unethical behavior from the builder David and his salesperson Jackie. Bad communication from the beginning with forgotten appointments and lack of information. Once we picked out our space and home options, they took our lot reservation check. Not once did they ask if we were using a realtor and forgot we mentioned we were. After weeks of no communication (even though we were suppose to have the contract a month after our second appointment), a condescending and confusing conversation with Jackie occurred with her saying they were questioning working with us due to having a realtor. Several weeks later with no additional communication, we received our lot reservation check in the mail with a letter canceling our agreement stating our realtor did not get back to them. Bold faced lie! They never responded to multiple emails and phone calls from our realtor asking where things stood.
