We contracted Jim to do some extensive renovations when we purchased our home. Boy do we regret choosing him. All of the work had terrible workmanship, the cheapest quality materials one could possibly buy and he would not honor his warranty at all. He kept promising to come by and fix our issues but would never show. So we have to replace everything he did. Warped floors in the basement, trim falling off of baseboards, etc. etc. He was a nice guy but I would never use him again.
