Pretty much everything that his company was supposed to fix or remodeled has gone to hell. The roof that was supposed to be good for at least 20 years leaks around most of the flashing around a chimney and vent, a small roof leak that was not fixed properly has completely damaged the back porch roof and porch and the new backdoor is completely damaged because of no caulking around a cat door. Also, the ceiling fan that his company installed fell out of the ceiling.
