We purchased 25 Willow Ct in September 2024. After 3 months of living in this house all the trim started to separate at the joints, the flooring had 1/8" gaps around the entire home, the interior doors wouldn't close properly (all the doors!), the front door won't close properly and has to be dead bolted stay shut and so much more. We tried to have the builder fix stuff and Paul told us we were on our own. The microwave didn't work for the first 3 months we lived here and we had to have the manufacturer come and reinstall the microwave and replace parts broken by the installation. The stove never had the cover over the heating element. We have 5 windows that won't close properly and there is a sag in the window sill above the kitchen windows. The stain applied to the deck with rollers and not painted on with brushes so there are roller marks and the boards have drips. The interior painting is awful with drips, runs and just incredibly sloppy work. We have hired an attorney and are in the process of filing a claim against the 1 yr builders warranty. This company takes short cuts and does half assed work. Stay away!
