My wife and I bought a building lot in a golf course community and spent months looking at over priced quotes from "custom builders". We stumbled across a model of there's called the Juliet. We told a our sales person Kevin that we liked a lot of things about the house but it didn't have everything on our want list. Long story short, by the time we were done we removed walls to the point the house had to be reengineered. We bumped the entire back wall of the home out, we bumped the garage, the master bed room bath and added a second master walk in closet, coffer ceilings, tray ceilings, top grade granite and laminate floors through out the entire house. I could go on. We just had the one year walk through with virtually no problems at all. This is my third custom built home and I will put this home against any of them. There price per square foot is unbeatable, and the quality is high. They have many choices when it comes to there developments, but if you are trying to build a custom on your lot, I would highly recommend you stop by and see them, You will be shocked at what this company offers and the flexibility they have to truly make your home one of a kind. Building a home is never without its challenges, but I will tell you from Kevin in the sales office to Rick the construction manager, finishing with Mike in charge of warranty issues, we were treated with the upmost service and professionalism that I have ever experienced with a home builder.
