Beware of caral and sons hvac they ripped my family off stole are money didnt do the job they were hired to do and refuse to return calls or text they refuse to give me my ac unit that was prepaid for mike caral and his company office manager marlene caral are crooks

Do not call this contractor. He is unreliable.
When phoned about a heating problem, after he installed a part, he does not phone you back.
You must call him several times and then he
does not even come out to see the problem incurred.
If you are without heat and call him, you get a voice mail with no one who can call you back until the end of the day. Just stay cold all day.

I called Mike at 9:00PM after returning from vacation and our home wass 88 degrees--no a/c. Mike called me right back and offered to come out immediately. I told him the next morning would be ok and he arrived around 8;45am. He replaced a capacitor in about 20 minutes and my air is now working fine. The price was very reasonable too Thank you Mike.
