Mark Boyer and Carbon Copy Construction failed to properly detail the damages under my HO CLAIM. He failed to supervise the subcontractors. His crew failed to board the holes in my roof, causing secondary water infiltration which caused my ceiling to collapse, increasing damages and the cost of my claim - which absolutely raised my HO insurance rates higher.
Failed to seal the cracked wall to prevent water infiltration and bugs from getting in, as well. His estimate was very inaccurate. Failed to remove the sopping wet insulation, which leads to mold.
He overcharged for a number of items on his estimate.
He does not care about you, not your property. He, and his partner, Leonard Schonfeld, care about what goes in their pocket.
He left my home riddled with problems, failing to resolve any of them, on emergency repairs, and again, contributing to the increased damages to my home due to his failures as a contractor who is supposed to be very experienced! Stay away from this company of you value your home.
He came here through my insurance company via Crawford's Contractor Connection.
Negligence, arrogance and not caring about my home is what got you this negative review Mr. Boyer and Mr. Schonfeld. בייה
