    Please do your research before hiring this contractor. Currently suspended by the CCB at the time of this review, but still check those records and county records. Unfortunately for the public just searching his name and business in the county database does not pull up the most recent case/judgement against him for fraud, elderly financial abuse and breach of contract. Carlos seems to target elderly clients and is incapable of providing for his own family so he steals money.
