I contracted with cardinal construction to build my 40x50 workshop/garage. Leo had poor time management causing build to go 2 months past completion date. I had a steel roof put on and when rain season started it leaked down the length at the ridge vent. could not get anyone to come out and fix. after filing complaint with BBB he sent a couple guys out to install the seal that should have been installed during build. guys only had enough material to do half the roof said they would be back and never returned. this has been going on for over a year. would recommend you look for some other contractor if you want the job done correctly and on time.
