I am contacting you to cancel the contract that I signed with Castle almost 3 (10/3/18) days ago with Castle, Castle Windows. The Sales Rep was Morgan Rowlands (MFG Rep, NJ 13VH01471700). I call your office (860 359-2700) 4 times today. I last 2 times that I called I spoke with 2 ladies and they said that they would pass things on to a Supervisor.
No one ever called me back. I tried to send a “Telle Gram”; Western Union Does Not do that anymore. I intend to email this CANCELATION NOTICE to every email address, Contact Us Portal and we site associated with CASTLE and/or its sister companies to ensure this cancelation.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US. THIS IS OUR FORMAL CANCELATION NOTICE.

They installed a window with a crack in it and are telling me the window is still on backorder TWO YEARS later. I even offered to accept a comparable window and the receptionist, Irena started claiming to have a bad connection. This company is horrible and will not honor their contracts.
