We have filed complaints against the license of Caribbean Pools & Spas, LLC and Phil Oestreich. We are filing suit as well. This pool contractor has left my project incomplete after 15 months of lies and broken promises. The very first day Phil Oestreich lied to my neighbors after critically damaging a tree in their yard, saying he would replace it. We have paid to replace the tree entirely. Phil has stolen funds from my project that resulted in open liens against my property. We have paid for our screen enclosure twice as he has not paid several of our contractors the funds we have paid him. As of June 2018, he is unresponsive to any attempts to contact -- my pool remains incomplete 9 months after full payment. Phil and Steve Oestreich have lied to my family and stolen our money. I recommend you learn from my loss and avoid these two in this defunct company, or any other operation in which they are involved.

Phil is dishonest and cowardly as he refuse to answer texts or phone calls. He has been paid per our contract but has not delivered a finished pool. He began our project nearly a year ago and we are now on hold because of an error in the easement issue of Clearwater. The worst experience ever!!!! I recommend you stay far away from Phil and company.
