    Horrible. The owner Kathy is a liar and a snake who will rip you off and not do her part in repairing your home or rectifying any situation that arises. They are not willing to do repairs. they have caused damage to my home. they do not take responsibility for the damages they cause . They no nothing about construction and do everything possible to cut corners and lie to you about how installs are made they refuse to invoice you for the extras they charge and will refuse to give you the keys unless you pay it. They will not return to do repairs to the sheetrock until after you move in then claim they can not repair because there is furniture in there. Yet they do not tell you they wont repair if there is furnature. They do not know how to properly install carpet they install tack strip at transitions that destroy the carpet and poke through and injure people and pets. They don't check for leaks when they turn on the water. They flooded my home due to this and are now refusing to do the repairs. They left the blockage in the 2 halves of my house duct work and refused to repair until I hired an HVAC tech. Then they cut holes in my duct work and now refuse to seal it properly, now my brand new home blows air into the crawl space. They cover the cracks in walls with texture in a can and do no repair to the cracks itself which immediately resurface. And wont come back to fix. They cut holes in the plastic under your house and dont repair it. Leaving the insulation to fall out and critters to inter your home. Do not sign their work orders unless they are complete and happy with the work they do. They will lie to you and tell you that does not mean its complete and you are satisfied. Then when you address it again they will tell you you signed off on it. The only positive experience was the salesman Shane. He should go work somewhere else in my opinion because ultimately it will reflect on him eventually. Palm Harbor is half ass at best. their homes come terribly finished crooked fixtures, broken appliances, terrible paint jobs,(one coat that wipes off when you clean the walls) horrible texture job, they install light fixtures in the wrong places and refuse to move them even though its not what you approved, they dont finish their upper cabinets on the bottom so they remain unfinished, they wont send your replacement parts unless another house is ordered and sent to your area. They do not guarantee their product even though their website says otherwise.
