I would not recommend Carita to design your home due to a lack of reliability and a rude communication style. We hired her for a custom home build, but after one meeting of minor iterations to the plan she presented, she responded with her resignation. As a young family trying to get our forever home built, this was even more frustrating that she was unwilling to work with us, causing us to find a new architect after a substantial investment was already made in her services. She was rude and disrespectful during the short time she interacted with us.
