Carl Thompson of Thompson Flooring was contracted to install a wood glue-down floor in my home.
A very poor job of installation. Amateur quality.
About 2 feet from one of the walls is a ripple in the wood floor that extends for about 15 feet.
It took him and one other person 2 days to do the work. At the end of the first day, they did not remove the uncovered glue on the concrete floor next to the end of wood flooring they set. The next day instead of removing the dryed glue, they just applied another layer of glue over the top which caused a ripple down the length of the wall.
An amateur, lazy mistake.
It looks very bad and embarrassing.
He covered it with weights I let him use, told me to stay away from the area and left in a hurry before lunch the second day.

I had a great experience with Carl Thompson Flooring. They had to demolish lots of slate tile plus some really glued wood. They installed LVP flooring throughout my house. Carl was professional & easy to work with. Daniel, David, & Pedro did a great job!
