I had a heat pump installed in June 2021 and they did an okay job, despite my reservations in the way Mark Perry was holding himself together. The thermostat was put in and the install was okay- although the way they put the wiring in for the thermostat since it needed to be moved looked cheap and rushed. However, my biggest problem came after the install. I had another issue with the heat pump and needed it to be moved. I was informed per my home warranty company that the heat pump needed to be moved by Perry's or it would void the warranty- so I proceeded to call them. I called at the end of September. It took my calling them every day for 3 weeks before I called Choice Home warranty and placed a complaint with them before anyone bothered to call me back. When I did get a call back from Ken Perry, he was rude to me and very unprofessional blaming me because I didn't call him back until an hour after he called me (which he called at 2:30pm and I couldn't call back until I was done with work..). He then listened to what I needed done and told me he would call me back with an estimate to have the pump moved. That was on October 21, 2021. I still have not heard back from them despite the calls and texts requesting assistance. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very Unprofessional and not pleasant to work with. Not to mention, they didn't bother to clean up after the initial install of the heat pump so I was cleaning up their papers and pieces of wire and foam insulation for weeks after the install since no one bothered to pick up any of their trash.

PERRY'S HEATING AND COOLING DID A GREAT JOB.THEY WERE NEAT,PROFESSONIAL,AND KNEW THEIR JOB. MARK AND HIS DAD CAME IN AND GOT THE JOB DONE !!! THEY MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY AND PLEASED. THANKS TO KATIE AND RYAN FOR HELPING ME WITH MY HOME WARRANTY. WITHOUT YOU TWO I COULDN'T OF DONE IT. THANKS AGAIN !!!
