Carl just completed a complete tear down/remodel of our existing house in Homewood. He does a great job. Had many money saving ideas. Nothing stresses him out. I would highly recommend. He has an intensive back ground in business and finance with hand on attitude. Super trustworthy. Always showed patience with every question/concern we had. He never made us feel stupid. We were truly clueless on doing our addition. We were so fortunate to come across Carl to build our house.

Carl renovated out entire condo in Birmingham. Excellent work and professionalism. He is very creative and always explains pros and cons on each category of the renovation. Pricing was extremely fair. His subs were polite and professional. Always there when he said he would be and finished earlier than the date agreed upon. We had several remodelers bid out job. Some of the remodelers were bragging on how great they were and how many awards they had won. They were also expensive. Carl was humble and we just felt a since of comfort with him. We definitely made the right decision. He did not ask for any money until he was finished. We offered during the process. When he was finished, he only asked for 90% of his invoice. He told us that he would collect the other 10% after we gave him a punch list. We didn't could not find anything wrong to come up with a punch list. About three months later, we had a window problem and called Carl. He came out and fixed the window. It was an original window that Carl did not replace or work on. We had thought it was. He fixed the window at no charge. We apoligized to him since it was not his work. He is truly a man of his word and a pleasure to work with.
