Did a nice paint job but he gets extremely defensive when questioned as to certain issues that are not done to the satisfaction of his clients. He certainly is not willing to extend additional services beyond that discussed even if it would require two additional minutes of time which most service providers will do to keep business and relationships. He also tried to cut corners to save him and his team time and labor which was not appreciated especially when it was agreed to as to how certain items were to be addressed.

His painting is ok. However he gets extremely defensive when questioned about his work or when asked to provide additional services which would take no more than two minutes of time. I understand that time is money but it is also important to maintain good relationships and to keep your customers satisfied. Carlos and his team try to cut corners to save time and labor which creates services that results in poor quality of work.
