    Carlon is no longer a company to do business with. They do not stand behind their product nor do their technicians do thorough work to ensure that units are working correctly.

    My family has done business with Carlon for many years but will no longer use their service or recommend that anyone uses them.

    I had a technician out to diagnose an issue with no power to the thermostat. The technician Tristen (who is related to the owners) came to the residence and stated that the circuit board needed to be replaced and did so and did no further diagnosis of the unit. As this is a rental unit that the tenant was in the process of moving into they had left. When they returned the heater was not working an appointment was scheduled for their return. The tenant had attempted to turn on the unit and it worked for a very brief time. By the time the tenant returned again it was after hours and Carlon's phone answering service said I would receive a call back. I never did receive a call back and had to call again the next day (saturday).

    The owner Misty called and said that they do not do emergency weekend service which contradicts their own website that states "Carlon provides emergency service and repairs 7 days a week."

    I informed the owner if they cannot stand behind their product I will contact another company and they could pay the bill as they did not want to stand behind their work.

    The owner was rude and condescending and would not offer any solutions to fix their mistakes. As others have pointed out in reviews of their company the owner Misty has an attitude and should not be in the customer service business.

    I would recommend that anyone looking for HVAC service stay far away from this business.
