Carlos Fence replaced my fence. When I first needed to open that gate, I could not close it. Carlos Fence came out twice to work on the gate. The cause was not fixed. There is a board that was defective and split. He has failed to replace the board after numerous attempts to reach out to him.

Carlos custom fence people damaged the paint on my motor home which was parked 6 inches from my neighbors fence which they removed and replaced. I have contacted Carlos but he will not take responsibility nor pass on his insurance contact info. Do not do business with Carlos custom fences

So a very good and reliable friend referred me to Carlos Custom Fences after he did a wonderful job on her fence. First he was late, very late, to his time frame when he was supposed to come to give us a quote. His son showed up and gave us a quote on both our fence and a pergola. We were thrilled about the prices, but decided to go with the pergola first for now since we have a little more time to get the fence done. Then it turned into a month of crap communication- 9 times out of 10 we wouldn't get a response via text. Never would answer our phone calls. Responses we did get were always one word responses or "Waiting on wood to come". Then when we called, calls would go straight to voice mail, so I called him on my work phone this morning and he answers in English. I told him I was wondering if there was a better person to communicate with since he seems to be busy, then he said he couldn't understand what I was saying and then hung up.
FOR REAL? Disrespectful, unreliable AND a liar. You speak English just fine, our VERY first phone conversation you spoke English fluently.
Thank you for wasting my time trying to get my backyard ready for a PREGNANT lady, so I can enjoy the outdoors more frequently. If you had to change pricing on our build, all you had to do was communicate this. We are VERY reasonable people. But now, I will have to make sure that this review is up so others are aware of what they may be stepping into: TIME-WASTED.
