Upon meeting at the job site Carlos, who was accompanied with his adult son Jesus, quickly grasped the scoping of the three projects needing attention. After doing a walk through Carlos and his son presented an estimate and agreed to come back the very next day even though this was during the week between Christmas and New Years. (As an aside their estimate was not the lowest, but turned out more than fair).They had both sensed a need for urgency to conduct the repairs.
Both Carlos and his son arrived the following morning as agreed and after starting the repairs discovered problems that could not have been noted during their walk through the previous day. They both, with professionalism and patience worked through the additional problems and completed the assignment requiring significantly more time than anticipated.
Although the assignment took longer than we all expected when it came to pay them even though additional funds were offered to compensate them for their additional time spent, both refused sticking to their original estimate.
I would have no hesitation in contacting them again for future assignments as well as recommending them to others.Sid R.
