Once submitting my name to Build Zoom, the contractor called promptly to make an appointment. Due to scheduling issues HE had, I had to accommodate him putting the appointment off to another day. On that day I had to take time off from work to meet with him, however, he never showed up nor did he call. I immediately contacted Build Zoom to express my displeasure. My time is as valuable as anyone else's. The least he should have done was to call to reschedule. I will not hire this contractor nor would I recommend him to anyone asking.
