I am very disappointed with the company. I requested an estimate for restoration of my back porch nearly 5 months ago. I met with CP staff, he discussed my concerns and requests, took pictures and stated I would receive an estimate. I STILL have no estimate. I understand many business' in this industry are very busy, so contacted them again to remind them I was waiting for an estimate. The person that answered the phone seemed to have a poor attitude and NO concern for the lack of completion of my bid. She said I would be emailed by the staff person that met with me. Two weeks later and no email, no phone call, no crew showing up to save my back porch.
I am sure that now that I have wasted nearly 5 months waiting for the CP to complete our transaction that I will have little to no luck finding a competent contractor to complete this job this season. I am now considering dismantling sections of the porch that I don't want to lose to rot and living without a back entrance until I can find a contractor.
I wish that if CP did not have time for my work, or if my work was not extensive enough that they would have simple said "Sorry, but I dont think we can get to this project this year." This business approach is as poor as doing shodding work. Perhaps even worse than doing poor work as it leaves me in a poor position to get this work done in a timely manner and will cause further damage and decay of my property.
Look else where for a contractor you can depend on!
