    Beautiful Deck! Eric is a pleasure to work with : )

    Eric did a beautiful job on our deck renovation. We knew there was a possibility that the project would turn into nearly a full deck replacement due to signs of hidden damage, and indeed it did. Throughout the process Eric communicated the issues constantly and clearly. We reviewed any cost changes as they came, and agreed on all before it was started. Eric has great experience and used it to recommend low/no cost changes to our original plan that made the final product something we're much happier with.

    The qualities that would make Eric my recommendation for anyone looking for large scale construction work are his attention to finishing work (we've had several people comment on the remarkable job he did with the small details that make the porch "fit" with the house, not an easy task for a stucco house), and his demeanor. He was friendly and open with communication. Our 3 yr old son fell in love with him, and we're going to have him back to the house for a "porch-warming" party.

    Replace deck

    Eric rebuilt my rear deck replacing the wood with AZEK . He took the time to correct any issues with the deck structure before installing the deck. His workmanship is top quality and he was easy to work with. Everyone who visits me praises the deck. I plan to do future home projects with Eric. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Our experience with Eric in rebuilding our deck was terrific. He helped us maximize the space and helped research our idea for including a pergola as part of the project.     Wow Eric!! It's great seeing my house as your first picture on this website. It really shows the amazing job you did at my house, it was a pleasure working with you and I look forward in working with you in the future. Its not easy to find someone reliable and honest that does A++ work in construction trade, and you have both of those qualities.     Carnazzo Construction has helped us with rebuilding our back porch from the bottom up and with many other projects.
