This business charged me the expected $75.00 for the initial service call which supposedly provided a diagnosis of the problem. The diagnosis was incorrect and upon calling to discuss the issue the next day, the serviceman replied that he was aware of his incorrect diagnosis as he left my home but because I chose not to allow him to complete the work ( I'm not sure how he knew that I wouldn't) he decided not to call and correct his misdiagnosis. Carnley Services of Bonifay,FL displayed bad business practice and I would not recommend using them.
