    Whole home remodel

    Carolina Construction & Restoration remodeled my house in 2018. They turned a dark, older home into my dream house. They took elements of the existing house (like the knotty pine paneling) and used it as an accent on the back of the kitchen peninsula in such a way that it looks amazing. The originality and thought that went into the design and planning really impressed me. Can't speak highly enough of Jim and ALL of his employees. They were professional, timely and did outstanding work.

    Master and hall bathroom

    We purchased cabinets through Lowe’s Home Improvement. Carolina Construction and Restoration installed them. Once the cabinets were delivered to our house, Jim was able to have the plumber come out that evening to disconnect the water. The cabinets were installed the following day. I’m pleased with how they turned out. Once the countertops were installed, the plumber returned to reconnect the water. The installer and plumber were professional and arrived on time. Both did an excellent job. I was able to reach Jim through out the process when I had questions. I would recommend them.

    Kitchen cabinet install through Lowes so technically Lowes hired them

    The cabinets were purchased through Lowes and the install was not a problem. The follow up has been horrible. I have been promised help to exchange out a drawers insert on one of the base cabinets as it was determined, once installed, the insert that came with the base would not work. I have called several times and text messaged through cell with no replies for weeks. The voice mail box is full so cannot leave any messages No website to go to or email to follow up with.

    Purchased a kitchen from Lowes and Carolina Construction accepted the work. The work completed was horrible. Misaligned draws with crooked handles, trim work not flush or presentable. Cabinets not flush against wall, some stick out under header and some recessed. They left trash behind and didn't clean up debris. Photos can be found on my Tik Tok account. Allfourfun321

    Excellent Contractor

    I had a catastrophe on my hands when a water line burst and flooded my house while I was away. It nearly totaled my house. Jim was incredibly patient in a very trying time. His crew was very professional and when they finished my house looked far better than it did before the flood. I can't recommend them enough!
