Steven builds a beautiful home, however, punch list items were never handled. Literally if there are any problems after the home is complete, and there were many, he won’t return calls.

Stephen and Stephanie Hill knew that simply fixing the damaged home was doable, but wouldn’t be a good long term solution for a variety of reasons. They were right! On so many levels they not only guided me through the process, but stayed true to their every word. They kept my best interests at heart at all times. They have an integrity, commitment to quality work and genuine love for their clients that I have rarely seen.
Carolina Custom Dream Homes worked tirelessly with me and my limited budget to truly deliver my dream home. They didn’t just build a house. They brought me home in a way I never thought would be possible again.
Their management of the project, all of its moving parts (including me, my expectations and my concerns) were absolutely top notch! Insurance company, plans, best course for the most for the least amount of money! All of it. A true, one stop shop!
They work only with the best as well! Their subcontractors that they choose to work with are just as skilled as they are! They made the whole process smooth, comfortable, exciting and painless! Their alll attention to detail is unmatched!!!
