They did what they said they're going to do. They showed up on time. The guy doing the work is good on what he did and I like him. And the guy who contracted them, they did it in a timely manner. They did very good overall.

They did good work. But when they hit the waterline to my house, it caused a lot of problems for me. They even told me that it no longer is part of the contract but eventually, we ended up talking and got them helping me get a plumber to fix the problem.

I was not completely satisfied with Carolina Foundation Solutions. Actually, the supervisor that did the work is a member of my church. They were prompt with their work and they had recommended a engineer to evaluate my needs. An engineering report is required by North Carolina law before foundation repairs can be started. After installing 8 peers to the foundation another crack in the foundation appeared to the side and rear of my home. I had both Carolina Foundations and the engineer meet me at the same time and they determined that the pressure set on the peers at the corner of the house was too much and that two additional peers would be needed on the back corner. When the crew came back to install two additional peers they indicated to me that one peer was already installed. I questioned why Carolina Foundation and the engineer did not already know one was installed. I checked my estimate proposal and it clearly stated one peer was to be installed on that corner of the foundation.
The engineer had estimated that I needed approx. $4000 additional work (vapor barrier, metal shims, etc.) done to my crawlspace. They recommended a couple of contractors. I had those guys come out and give me an estimate--one was for $24000 and another for $12000---far above the $4000 estimate. I finally found a contractor that did the work for $5000. I let Carolina Foundation and the engineer both know about the estimates I had received and they made no comment.
