This builder contacted ME about building our home. After meeting and sending the plans, we waited and waited. We contacted them back several times looking for updates when they finally said they are busy and don't have time for us. Well, if you didn't have time, why did you contact us and waste our time?

Our family decided to purchase a home by this builder as we loved its location. However the company does not stand behind its work and has breached multiple contracts for repairs to be made to the brand new home and does not honor its home warranty which they provide. We have plumbing issues, black mold, drywall, flooring, electrical issues which were to be repaired and had to involve base legal to get them even started in that process. We have repeatedly contacted them in regards to issues even included in our home offer to be repaired and they only give a run around or no response at all. we spent 250k on a dream home that has turned into a nighmare for our family and the issues continue to add up.
